Isaí Gerardo Reyes Cedeño is a Civil Engineer from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (2015), where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering (2018) and a Ph.D. in Sciences of Anthropogenic Environments in Civil Engineering (2023). He completed a research fellowship at the Mexican Institute of Water Technology (IMTA) in 2017, specializing in Hydraulics and Natural Stream Restoration. At Universidad Panamericana, he completed a Specialist Degree in Philosophical Anthropology (2024) and a Diploma in Project Management (2026). He is a BIM Project Manager certified by Autodesk (2025).

He has experience in water and sanitation and industrial infrastructure projects. He has served as Design Engineer, Construction Supervisor at Nissan Mexicana, and currently as Project Coordinator at Construcciones Lucio Hermanos & PAVTERR, while also serving as CEO of GC NARDO. Since 2021, he has been a Research Professor and Director of Graduate Engineering Programs.
